Another superb Bosis Michelangelo Over & Under 20g sidelock shotgun. Completed around 2003, the gun is fitted with a single trigger, automatic game safe and pinless lock plates. A beautifully engraved action with a full scroll coverage with flower bouquets signed by Naida Martinelli. Fitted with 30” demi-bloc barrels with 2 3/4" chambers, choked Improved Cylinder in the bottom barrel and Full in the top with a hand filed rib. Highly figured Turkish walnut stock has contrasting colours and both vertical and horizontal figure. The stock has a straight hand grip, diamond shaped hand and traditional drop points, measuring 14 11/16” to the centre of the checkered butt, with a drop of 1 3/8" at the comb and 2 1/4" at the heel, cast off 1/16" at the heel and 1/4" at the toe. The stock ovals remain blank and the maker’s crest is inlaid in gold into the forend. The gun weighs 7 lbs and is neatly cased in its maker's leather case. The gun is available on its own or as part of a trio, with the 12g & 28g we also have for sale.
