Postage & Packaging

Westley Richards aims to despatch all stock items quickly and securely to our customers at the best price available. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.

Orders received by midday will be despatched same day (subject to availability).

Most leather goods are made to order, usually dispatched within 2 weeks.

Some delivery options may not be available for certain areas, and surcharges may apply to extended area zones.

European Shipping Information

The UK exited the European Union on 1st January 2021. From this date we are now shipping to Europe DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning the prices paid include the costs of VAT and duties at the recipient countries prevailing rate, therefore no further costs or unnecessary delays will be incurred by our customers when their orders are shipped.

Leather Christmas Delivery

Order before the 17th November to guarantee your leather goods arrive in time for Christmas. For any orders placed after this date, please contact us for the current lead time.

Christmas Delivery

To ensure that your gifts are delivered in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following dates:

UK - 19th December 2023

USA & Rest of the World - 12th December 2023

We will endeavor to deliver any orders placed after these dates, but unfortunately cannot guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas. If ordering leather goods for Christmas gifts please enquire for current lead time at Over the holiday period the factory will be closed from the 24th December to the 2nd January 2024.

We are pleased to extend our returns period for any items purchased before Christmas to the end of January.

All orders placed over the festive period between 24th December to 2nd January will not be dispatched until the first week of January.

Overseas Delivery

Westley Richards offers worldwide delivery on the majority of our online items. Please note there may be specific exceptions on individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export. Please also be aware that countries outside the EU may be liable for extra customs charges that are outside of our control. Delivery times maybe slightly longer than expected if a item is held at customs.


If you wish to cancel an order placed with Westley Richards please return the confirmation email to us stating your wish to cancel the order or phone one of our team on 0121 333 1900 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If your order has already been dispatched then the item will have full return instructions in the packaging.

Returns Procedure

We are pleased to extend our returns period for any items purchased before Christmas to the end of January.

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Westley Richards Order, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.

Westley Richards regrets that it is unable to offer a refund on personalised or made to measure goods unless they are faulty. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale. All returns must include a completed Customer Return Form located at the bottom of your packing slip within 21 days from Invoice and in original, undamaged packaging.

Westley Richards cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. We would therefore ask that you ship your return in a traceable manner. If we find that the product has been returned and is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% from the original selling price for the refund amount.

All returns being sent back to Westley Richards are at the expense of the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Please be aware that goods ordered for overseas can vary with delivery depending on the import/exports of your country.
