The treble-grip action with Purdey double bolt and Greener cross bolt, operated by a top-lever. Steel barrels 24” long proofed for cordite and a 500 grain bullet, showing clean rifling with good definition.

 Replacement pistol-grip stock with cheek piece, measuring 15” to centre, over ½” Silver’s pad and spacer. Horn grip-cap, blacked guard and vacant gold oval and sling eye.

 The action fully re-case colour hardened, steel barrels and furniture re-blacked, showing minimal wear.

 The forend with Deeley & Edge patent release catch, horn finial.

 Barrels with quarter-rib, standing sight to 100 yards, leaf sights to 200 and 300. Gold inlay of ‘J. Blanch. London’ on rib and action body.

 The rifle is presented cased by Westley Richards in a best quality oak and leather case with leather and canvas outer. Internally lined with red baize, fitted with a full compliment of accessories including snap-caps, turn-screws, striker key, chamber-brush, oil bottle, striker pot, cleaning rod, brushes and cloth.
