Aston is arranged around the church of St. Paul and St. Peter, which still stands on a site it has occupied since the Domesday Book recorded the area as 'Estone' in 1086. Only two decades after William The Conqueror forcibly seized the throne of England.

For Winter 2025, we have refined the Aston Range, which now incorporates our subtle 'WR' branded hardware, and is available in Horween 'Pioneer Cognac' hatch-grained hide, alongside the 'Dark Tan Buffalo' range depicted above. Horween might be described as the Westley Richards of leather-tanning.
Founded in the United States in 1905, Horween's ethos has always been "To do whatever it takes to make that leather the best. The price goes on last". The company processes hides from the raw state to the finished leather.
This particular leather from Horween's 'Pioneer Range' has been developed in line with the famous Russian Calf, considered to be one of the finest leathers in the world. Its long laborious tanning process has been secret to a precious few and the envy of so many others. It has been used to create some of the best bespoke shoes and leather goods from highly regarded artisan leather workers around the globe.
