Last year’s DSC in Atlanta was notable for the closure of the airport due to snow and ice, which resulted in rather poor attendance numbers over the main show days. We all hope for a better experience this time, though the camaraderie experienced by staff sheltering from the snow-storm and trying to find sustenance in a largely shut-down city was memorable and somewhat bonding!
Whatever the weather, the American shows have become important for sportsmen planning their year, with hunts all over the world booked and a strong marketplace for every type of associated merchandise. Westley Richards is proud to be a longstanding supporter of both DSC and SCI.
Customers old and new, the sporting public and trade friends and associates will find Westley Richards at Dallas Safari Club in Atlanta from 6th-8th February (booth 929) - and at Safari Club International in Nashville from 18th-21st February (booth 1114). Managing Director Anthony Alborough-Tregear will be available to meet clients, discuss orders and update existing customers on current progress and future commissions.
There will be a selection of pre-owned Westley Richards rifles and shotguns for sale at the shows, as well as some beautiful examples, kindly loaned for display by their owners, to help us showcase the outstanding quality of work we deliver. We hope to demonstrate to show-goers the wonderful quality and heritage that still emanates from our historic Birmingham factory.
America has long been an important source of business for our company and we are always delighted to meet old customers.
