To ensure that your gifts are delivered in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following dates:
UK - 19th December 2025
USA & Rest of the World - 15th December 2025
We will endeavor to deliver any orders placed after these dates, but unfortunately cannot guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas.
Handmade Leather Goods - Order before the 21st November 2025 to guarantee your leather goods arrive in time for Christmas. For any orders placed after this date, please contact us for the current lead time.
Over the holiday period we will be closed from the 23rd December to the 5th January 2025. We are pleased to extend our returns period for any items purchased before Christmas to the end of January.
All orders placed from the 23rd-28th December will be dispatched on the 29th December. All orders placed after the 28th December will be dispatched week commencing 5th January. This excludes our made to order leather goods.
For the Americas, the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

For our customers in the Americas, a $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team at sales@westleyrichards.co.uk to initiate your return and receive a prepaid UPS returns label.
