At Westley Richards we have an outstanding reputation for supplying a comprehensive selection of pre-owned guns and rifles. We pride ourselves on our in depth knowledge of the many sporting arms built over the last two hundred years placing particular emphasis on big game rifles. To this end we have supplied sporting arms to many an enthusiastic hunter as well as some of the worlds great collectors. Every second hand gun sold by Westley Richards is first inspected rigorously, and any faults are rectified in our workshops. As well as providing a complete repair service, we restore the finishes where appropriate and overhaul the mechanism completely. The barrels are gauged and the gun is test fired and patterned. It is only when we are satisfied that the gun is seen to meet our own highest standards that we offer it for sale - a second hand gun from Westley Richards is an investment that will be repaid in shooting performance for many years.

 

Selling Guns

We take great pride in selling fine sporting guns and are always keen to purchase single items or whole collections outright or alternatively sell these items on your behalf on a commission basis. In line with the auction houses we offer this service but with the added protection that we will always aim to achieve the prices we have discussed which will, on most occasions, be substantially in excess of what the auction houses are able to achieve.
