Westley Richards aims to despatch all stock items quickly and securely to our customers at the best price available. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.

All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Orders will be despatched Monday - Friday (subject to availability).

Some delivery options may not be available for certain areas, and surcharges may apply to extended area zones.

European Shipping Information

The UK exited the European Union on 1st January 2021. From this date we are now shipping to Europe DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning the prices paid include the costs of VAT and duties at the recipient countries prevailing rate, therefore no further costs or unnecessary delays will be incurred by our customers when their orders are shipped.

Handmade Leather Leadtimes

At Westley Richards, our leather goods are meticulously handcrafted to order by skilled artisans. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to fulfil your request, depending on the article ordered. This ensures every piece meets our uncompromising standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Overseas Delivery

Westley Richards offers worldwide delivery on the majority of our online items. Please note there may be specific exceptions on individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export. Please also be aware that countries outside the EU may be liable for extra customs charges that are outside of our control. Delivery times maybe slightly longer than expected if a item is held at customs.

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed with Westley Richards please return the confirmation email to us stating your wish to cancel the order or phone one of our team on 0121 333 1900 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If your order has already been dispatched then the item will have full return instructions in the packaging.

Returns Procedure

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are pleased to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on items returned in a fully resaleable condition.

Through the portal you can:

•       Register your return in moments

•       Choose a refund or exchange

•       Select your preferred courier

•       Generate a prepaid return label

Our returns partner will guide you through the process and provide clear tracking every step of the way.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be:

•       Returned within 21 days of invoice date

•       Unused and in original condition

•       In original packaging with all tags intact

Please note:

•       Personalised and made-to-measure goods cannot be returned unless faulty

•       Discounted or sale items are final sale

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the UK, the portal will automatically arrange the most suitable local return option and manage customs documentation where required, helping your return move smoothly through transit.

A NOTE ON CARE
