A Best Quality Westley Richards double rifle featuring WR’s patented Hand Detachable Locks and chambered for the venerable .375 H&H Mag (Belted Rimless). Action is fitted with Westley's patent Model "C" Doll's Head rib extension and Snap Lever work as well as the firm’s patent Deeley ejector box. The rifle has the traditional two-trigger arrangement with a bolted manual safety. 

Rifle was built circa 1953 and retains nearly 100% original case color. Action and quarter rib are engraved in the traditional house scroll with the maker's name in banners on each side of the action. The hinged cover plate retains nearly 100% of the original black and is engraved with a Rhino game scene and a Tiger on the trigger guard.

The original barrels retain about 97% of the original black and are 24" with immaculate bores and crisp rifling.

Factory mounted Lyman Alaskan All Weather 2 1/2x scope are in the factory original quick release mounts. The scope sits Westley’s pattern quarter rib with 3 folding leaves lined in gold (100, 150, 200 yds) complemented by WR’s patent Combination Foresight.

The stock is a sturdy piece of European walnut with 14 1/4" length of pull over a leather covered pad, a full pistol grip with a Monte Carlo stock featuring checkered side panels, blank gold oval, grip cap trap, and sling swivels.

This rifle remains in remarkable original condition.
