Westley Richards .375 H&H Magnum droplock double rifle completed 1954. Patent hand detachable locks, double trigger action with our model C dolls head extension, snap lever work and bolted safe. The action retains some good case colours and is engraved with a bold scroll coverage with an Elephant cameo on the floor plate. 25" barrels with excellent bores feature a quarter rib with one standing and two folding leaf express sight regulated at 75, 150 & 200 yards and WR combination foresight. Full pistol grip stock with chequered side panels, extended tang, grip cap with trap, slim recoil pad, cheekpiece with monte carlo comb, stock escutcheon and sling swivel. Beavertail forend with Deeley catch release. The rifle has seen some use but is functionally in very good condition, the bores are clean, the lock work is sound and the stock is free from any major defects. The rifle would benefit from a refurbishment but is sold as is.
